Sai gang day... and hooters night out!
today was like our first day of work... not official as we weren't in uniform and at our rides. the park's not opened on weekdays for now.. so basically we help out the ecology department in cleaning and stuff when we are down during weekdays.
i had to sweep up the trash and cigarette butts found in the park
the person whom we worked for... kristel? not sure how to spell her name.
after lunch, we continued with another sai gang job.. this time it's like more dirty la.
we were supposed to like scrap out all the old paint on the ground.. all the green paint. i think it was because they needed to repaint it. but i simply didn't see the point (like why the hell scrap them out? just paint it over instead??)... especially since the process was tiring and time consuming. anyhow, we just did what we were paid to la.
then then.. after being all tired and smelly after work... we went out for dinner to celebrate sandra's 20th birthday... so off we went to HOOTERS which was just a stone's throw away from our hotel.

we took a group photo with the girl who served us.. think she's nice and quite pretty. :) there's 2 extra guys behind who just chup-ed into the picture to take with us lor.
anyhow, it was a rather good and fun experience that we had there. too bad most of us were below 21 and we couldn't drink.. such a waste. although the smell and noise were pretty untolerable.. i'm glad the evening turned out well. the people there were friendly and fun. the hooters girls even sang a birthday song for sandra. although i've never been to singapore's hooters... i've seen some of their stuff on tv before... and the difference is that the girls here wear much shorter shorts la, which was quite an eye-opener for us i guess.
all in all, it was a great night out that was filled with fun and good food! heh. cool experience! ;)
