to get there... we were waiting at the bus stop near our place. their buses come in like once in an hour... so we had to check their bus guide sorta thing to determine the timing of the buses.


here comes our bus... luckily we didn't miss it!


because the place was quite ulu.. we had to transfer bus twice to reach. it was really pretty confusing as we were not familiar with their bus system, plus the fact that they only came at certain timings. this was one of the stops at which we transferred.

after quite a troublesome journey.. we finally reached this pretty beautiful plot of land...

all in all, the weather was really good and it was quite an enjoyable time. we ended our day with dinner at a chinese restaurant at... uh west broadway street? haha i'm not sure what exactly it is called but it's about a short 5 mins bus ride from our place.


i paid US$7 for a large portion of shrimp fried rice with iced tea... i thought it was really worth it cuz there were lotsa shrimps and the share was VERY BIG. it was about 2 times of the normal zi cha we get at the coffeeshop. should have shared but we didn't know it was so big... and i almost died eating it. so FULL. the boss was a honkie who was really nice though cuz we were all chinese. hehez. tiring but quite a fun day.
